HOW THE ORDERING PROCESS WORKS

Send us an email using the webform. Please make sure you complete all details as completely as possible.

We will review the order and issue you with a PayPal electronic Invoice. Using the links in the email proceed to PayPal and make the payment through their Secure web site.

Once we have received payment the CD will be shipped directly to you.

We respect your right to privacy. FloraSantos.com only collects the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact to you regarding the status of your order.

FloraSantos.com will not rent or sell your name or personal information without your permission.

On occasion we may send a mail to your address or send you an email to let you know what Flora is doing or how Compassion Australia or about any additional promotions that Flora is making.

All emails are part of the ordering process and are required to be stored for a mandatory 5 years for taxation purposes. However they are removed from electronic form after 3 months from the time of receipt.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our return policy below to determine if any special return conditions apply.

Items may be returned within 30 days of the ship date for a refund. While most items are returnable, they are subject to the following guidelines:

o Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Items

You will receive a refund for the item(s) and shipping and handling costs for defective, damaged or misshipped items. For all other items, shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded. (Note: Return shipping cost refunds are calculated using the lowest cost shipping method. Items returned via expedited shipping methods will only be refunded an amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method).

o Proper Conditions for Return and Credit

Returned merchandise must be in new condition with its original packing and accessories intact or it may be subject to a restocking fee.

How to return your purchase

When making a return, place the item in the box it arrived in and send it back to us via standard Parcel Post. Don't forget to include a brief note stating the reason for the return and if you'd like a replacement.

We also suggest you send us a quick email letting us know that the package is on its way, so we can process it as quickly as possible.

If you wish to only receive a refund for your unopened merchandise, the refund to your credit card will be made when your return is processed in our office. Shipping & Handling is non-refundable.


SALES/GST/VAT TAX POLICY

Calculations for taxation include tax for Australian Taxation requirements. No other consideration is applied. If any other tax laws apply within your own country please make sure you are aware of them

FloraSantos.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you decide within 30 days that you do not want the product you purchased you may return it for a full refund as long as it is unopened in its original packaging.


ERRORS AND OMISSIONS POLICY

FloraSantos.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, FloraSantos.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of your original charge.
